Market share information works for all the products except Shared Ownership. That’s because Shared Ownership LTVs are by nature of the scheme very low, but the share that borrowers have can be much higher. When doing work by LTV on Shared Ownership it should reference the borrower share (Which is to say the loan amount vs. the share value rather than loan amount vs. full property value). To get round this now is a painful process (I have to do look ups by product code to build up the information I want and its time costly so limits how much I can do it).
