Live Sourcing to replicate SOURCE for exiting Mortage

Hi Nakita,

I’d like to be able to build a report that sources for mortgage products as if the customer was an existing Skipton customer.

When I do a manual source and select the loan purpose as remortgage, a new tab appears that allows me to list Skipton BS as the existing lender, and this successfully sources all the products that would be available to a remortgaging Skipton customer.

On the insights tab, if I try to recreate this on live sourcing there is no option to select Skipton as the existing lender – this means I cannot build a report that replicates these conditions. It would be very useful if I could do this as we use these reports to do inhouse competitor analyses and we are not currently easily able to get a view of how our retention products compare.
